The role

A fantastic opportunity to join the Deployment Operations team at InPost Italy.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing site survey reports and assessing the technical work required for the installation of InPost parcel lockers. You’ll collaborate with multiple internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and the successful readiness of sites to support our fast parcel network growth.

This is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, international environment and gain hands-on experience in operations and deployment activities.

What you’ll do

• Analyze site survey reports and evaluate the required works (e.g., electrical and building activities) for Inpost parcel locker installations

• Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring activities are completed in line with InPost standards and SLAs

• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to support a smooth operational process

• Ensure accurate data alignment across different CRMs and reporting tools

• Occasionally travel for on-site technical inspections when needed

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in Operations or a similar role

• A technical background (experience as a surveyor, building/electrical surveyor, or architect is a plus)

• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken

• Basic knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD or Photoshop is a plus

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

• Experience working with subcontractors and SLAs is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
