Overview:

If so, read on, as we’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition specialist to join our People & Culture team!

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be helping us drive our ambitious growth plans by partnering with the teams such as commercial, operations, data and customer experience to support fast growth across the business and in achieving our goals for talent.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

• Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions on various platforms

• Maintain the job descriptions’ database updated on the latest review

• Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates

• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit

• Maintain and update Teamtailor (ATS)

Candidate Experience

• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Support onboarding activities for new hires (e.g., sending welcome emails, Onboarding Agenda, coordinating with HR and IT)

 Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare recruitment reports and update dashboards/pivot

• Take care of the WBR (Weekly Business Review) to share updated data each week

Employer Branding

• Help organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent outreach activities (career events, university partnerships)

What you need to succeed:

• You have a degree in psychology of work or related fields

• 1/2 years of experience in recruiting in a fast paced, high growth environment (preferably in a multinational company);

• Excellent level of English and Italian (written and spoken)

• You’re a team player and you put collaboration before individualism  

• You care about delivering a great experience and deliver with attention to detail

• You have great communication skills and can adapt to your audience, working with stakeholders at various levels of seniority

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HR softwares (Teamtailor – HiBob - SuccessFactors)

• Knowledge of CCNL Commercio

• Based in Milano
